The masterplan of Sunstone at Al Reem Island is aimed at creating a perfect balance of waterfront living and active community interactions. The positioning of the buildings is such that the sea views are at their best, and people are encouraged to interact with one another through facades with openings, podiums with trees and shade promenades along the water. The design is characterised by lots of open areas and ease of movement, which makes it possible for people to choose whether to be private or to engage with the community.
