Jumeirah Golf Estates

Jumeirah Golf Estates LLC is the master developer, and as part of the reorganisation of Dubai World, Jumeirah Golf Estates is currently 100 per cent owned by the Government of Dubai, especially the Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD). The Dubai Government has reiterated its financial assistance for the Jumeirah Golf Estates project through the Dubai Financial Support Fund (DFSF). The funds will help build infrastructure, host the Dubai World Championship over the next four years, and finish real estate developments inside the master complex. Jumeirah Golf Estates has been crowned the Top Real Estate Company in the Arab World for 2017 by Forbes Middle East magazine. Additionally, Jumeirah Golf Estates was named Best Development Marketing in the Region by International Property Awards in December.
