Tilal Al Ghaf

Tilal Al Ghaf is a mixed-use neighbourhood developed by Majid Al Futtaim. The development is within driving distance of Dubai's Downtown and Al Maktoum Airport. There are 355,000 square metres of open green space in the neighbourhood with interconnecting picnic areas and parks. In the heart of Tilal Al Ghaf, a 70,000-square-meter lagoon bounded by 400 metres of coastline. There are many more bodies of water in the vicinity. Each neighbourhood has its personality, with various themed parks, mosques, play spaces, stores, restaurants, and cafés all within walking distance. There are 40 residences along the water's edge, each with five or six bedrooms, created in minimalist architectural styles.
