Arjan

Arjan new development is planned as a mixed-use residential community in the Warsan First Community in Dubai with several plots available. Situated in Al Barsha South towards the north and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, the project site is well connected with the existing road network and located adjacent to Dubai Motor City. The community is a part of the Dubailand development started in 2006. It consists of 48 completed project buildings and 37 are under construction. The region is connected by a good road network. Arjan includes residential complexes, commercial buildings and retail developments. Two of Dubai's most famous parks, the Dubai Miracle Garden and the Dubai Butterfly Garden, are neighbors of this community. Arjan is quite new and still many project within the community is under construction, the overall feel of the community is calm and peaceful and roads are free from noise and traffic and are very sparsely populated.
